VOORHEESVILLE- Ruth Vincent, 92, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. Wife of the late Franklin G. “Tony” Vincent, she is survived by a son and seven grandchildren. Private interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, New Salem in the spring.
