Mannette Crounse

DELMAR – Mannette Crounse, 81, died Saturday, November 15, 2014 at her home. Born in Hanover, Maine and raised in Schoharie, NY she was the daughter of the late Howard and Patricia (Patterson) Mann and wife of the late Milton "Jack" J. Crounse, Sr. Mrs. Crounse was a graduate of Albany Business College and worked for Blue Cross for several years prior to owning her own business with her husband. After retirement she enjoyed spending winters in Hawaii while living in Delmar. Survivors include her children, Susan Shanks of Chattanooga, TN, Milton "Jack" (Alevtina) Crounse, Jr. of Latham, Sheila (Hugh) Mariaca, of Loudonville and Sharlet Crounse of Schenectady, her brother Howard Mann Jr. of Covina, CA, 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by her brother Warren Mann. Interment will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 2pm in Bethlehem Cemetery, Delmar. There will be no calling hours.
