Kimberli D. Butler, age 46, passed away on January 24, 2018. She was born October 1, 1971 in Seoul, South Korea, a graduate of Bethlehem Central School district, the daughter of James and Marilyn Butler of Schroon Lake. She is survived by her sister Kristi Mackrell (Peter) of Poughkeepsie and her Niece Olivia, and Nephew Liam Mackrell. Kimi was predeceased by her brother Kevin Butler of Colonie. Additionally, she is survived by her partner Andrew Wilkins of Schenectady, and many other loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and dear friends.
Throughout Kimi’s life she has had a true love for all animals which developed into a successful pet sitting business in the Capital District known as ‘U-GO I-GO Affordable Petting Sitting’. Kimi truly loved her clients and her job.
Kimi was a fun loving, upbeat person whose smile and laugh was easily shared with those around her. Kimi had a love for the outdoors, sunshine, the beach, and fast cars! She enjoyed spending her free time riding her Harley Davidson and walking her dogs.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, January 31st from 4 to 7 pm at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Peppertree Rescue at http://peppertree.org/donate/.
