Janet Nyquist

HINSDALE, Ill.- Janet S. Nyquist (nee Winnett), age 98, formerly of Albany, N.Y., retired to Hinsdale. Beloved wife of the late Ewald B. Nyquist and loving mother of Edwin Nyquist, Janet Wilcke and Carl Nyquist. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Jan was a renowned weaver and spinner who excelled at cooking, sewing and entertaining. She was foremost a teacher to all who sincerely wanted to learn her crafts. A graveside service will be held at Jerusalem Cemetery, Old Quarry Road, Feura Bush at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21.
