DELMAR- James P. Cowan, 83, died Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 10am in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 35 Adams PL, Delmar. Interment will follow the Mass in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Church.
