Son of the late Fred and Dorothy Hill; father of Shannon Mattison and Brenna Talbot; brother of Virginia Hasselbarth and Bonnie Rihm. 5 grandchildren also survive.
A committal service will be held 9:30 am Friday at Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
