Franklin Martin McDonald, Jr.

TROY- Franklin M. McDonald, Jr., 59, died Friday, April 24, 2015. He is survived by his daughter, Shannon M. McDonald and granddaughter, Nola J. Wynne; mother, Doris A. McDonald (the late Franklin M. McDonald, Sr.); sisters, Lois Rothaupt (George), Maude Dunn (Pat), Ellen Deere (Tom) and Sandra McDonald; brothers, Kelvin McDonald, Elmer McDonald (Laura) and Martin McDonald (Laurie); 12 nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and nephews. Frank was a member of the Veterans of Lansingburgh and Local #190 Laborers Union. Calling hours will be Wednesday 3 to 5 pm at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar followed by a service at 5 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
