Constance J. Clark, a loving mother and grandmother and a devoted nurse passed away on April 29, 2026. Born on September 21, 1948, in Sidney, New York, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Bernadine Henry Boardman.
Connie's career as a nurse started at Albany Medical Center and then later at St. Peter’s Hospital where she was employed until her retirement.
Connie was an avid walker, took great pleasure in flower gardening and enjoyed trips to Cape Cod. She was deeply involved in her community, volunteering at assisted living facilities around the Albany area. Her faith was an important part of her life; she was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Above all, she treasured her role as a grandmother. She cherished spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her beloved children, Nicole Frazer (Bryan) and Chad Clark. Her sisters, Kathy Tiska, Terri Hager, and Pat Nabinger. Her grandchildren; Reagan Frazer, Mason Frazer, Chad Clark II, Crew Clark, and Grady Clark. Additionally, she is survived by her close friend, Gloria Kieber and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Colin Clark.
Funeral services are private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Connie's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
