Catherine Mary Schaffer

GLENMONT Catherine "Kay" Schaffer, 90, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2015, at Teresian House. She was predeceased by her husband, George Schaffer; and son, David Schaffer. Survivors include her four sons, Richard (Ann) Schaffer, Dennis (Dianne) Schaffer, Peter (Phyllis) Schaffer and William (Melissa) Schaffer; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, September 14, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 35 Adams Pl., Delmar. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Selkirk at a later date.
